How information submitted through this website is used.
Information you choose to provide
A request may include your name, email, province, request type, message and consent. A workshop registration also records the session selected. Please do not include account numbers, health details or policy documents.
Request records and attribution
The CRM stores the request, its time, follow-up activity and consent history. Campaign tags and the entry page are held in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and saved with a submitted request to identify its source. These tags contain no contact details. Appointment requests also record your preferred time and time zone. Abuse-prevention counters use hashed identifiers. Public forms do not enrol you in marketing emails.
Use and contact
Vincent uses these records to respond and follow up on your request. Access to CRM routes requires an internal sign-in. This website does not sell contact information. For access, correction, cancellation or deletion questions, contact Vincent; identity verification may be needed before records are changed.
Marketing opt-out is separate
Stopping marketing emails does not delete an existing service request. Use the marketing opt-out page for that purpose, or contact Vincent about a service request.
